Inside Fillets & Taping( ~ 5 hours, 1 person)

Here's the tool I used to create the fillet radius in the wood/flour epoxy mixture. It's a section of kayak paddle shaft that's about 1-1/8" in diameter.

I'm beginning to precoat the areas that will get fiberglass tape. In the 3rd picture below, all the joint areas are precoated.

The keel section has been taped and the epoxy applied. The chine section below has tape ready to be coated.
